Frequently Asked Questions
How long is turnaround?
It depends on the size and medium of print you order. Paper usually ships within a week, while aluminum, acrylic, and canvas can take up to two weeks to ship. Larger prints can take a little longer due to freight shipping.
What medium is best?
Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Paper is lower priced initially but does require matting and framing. Canvas, aluminum, and acrylic do not require framing. Each can be hung upon delivery and are easily cleaned. If you have any questions about which is best for you, use the contact form at the bottom of the page and Jason will help you make a decision that’s right for you.
Do the prints come signed?
Each print comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity that can be adhered to the back of the print. This preserves the integrity of the image and saves time and money on shipping.
